With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Golda Mills of Metairie, Louisiana, born in Independence, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Golda is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by : her daughter Stacy Otis Williams; and her husband Roosevelt. She is survived by : her daughters, Judy Beverly Roosevelt (Glenn) and Twila Otis Levy Mills (Roy Robison).

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:59 AM at the St. Francisville Funeral Home (5914 Commerce St, St Francisville, LA 70775). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
