She is survived by: her parents, Theresa Mattix Hebert and Paul Hebert, II; her siblings, Jessica (Dominick), Charles (Melissa) and Michael (Ashley); her aunt Jo Mattix Hunley; her uncles, Druby (Kathy), Evin, Terrin Ray (Rachelle) and Marius (Ann); her nieces, Ashley, Madilynn, Charlytte and Baby H; and her nephew Aiden.
