We are sad to announce that, on September 26, 2023, at the age of 68, JoAnn Walker (Metairie, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Walker and Willie Walker; her children, Christopher Glenn Mathers (Ashley) of Savannah, Gabriel Dominic DiPerna (Karoline) of Laplace and Anna Maria DiPerna of Gretna, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Christopher Glenn Mathers II, Eleanor Lorraine DiPerna and Dominic Paul DiPerna; her sister Linda Turner (John); her nephew Kaevan Turner (Reagan); her great-nephews, George and Lewis Turner; and her great-niece Charlotte Turner. She was also cherished by many loving friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Louisiana SPCA.
