With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Edward Walker of Metairie, Louisiana, born in Angleton, Texas, who passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Foster Herbert Walker; and his nieces and nephews, A. W. Herbert (Irene), Stafford Herbert (Maureen), Robert Herbert (Carolyn), Shelley Walker Perdue, Penny Walker Tate and Jenny Walker Hudson.
Memorial donations to Old Metairie Protestant Church are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
