He is survived by: his wife Wilma Marie Goff; his children, Charlene Goff Templet (Al) and Dwayne Goff, Sr. (Michelle); his grandchildren, Carly Templet Glatter (Drake), Dwayne Goff, Jr., Courtney Templet, Diana Goff and Abby Goff; his sister Lorraine Goff Steltz (George); and his sibling's children, Keith Steltz, Kathy Steltz Couget and Thomas Gerald Causey, Jr..
