He was predeceased by: his parents, Abner T. Stall and Billie Moll Stall. He is survived by: his son Joseph C. Stall, Jr.; and his siblings, Mikal Stall (Nanette), Teresa Lopez (Mike), Ted Stall and Barbara Collier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
