She was predeceased by: her parents, Seraphin Madere and Odalie LeMoine Madere; her husband Thompson Raymond Cox Sr. (Tommy); and her sister Audrey Madere. She is survived by: her children, Thompson Raymond Cox Jr., Keith Michael Cox (Amparo), Randy Charles Cox (Paul), Kerry James Cox and Karen Cox Molay (Bart). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Children's Hospital New Orleans, Sisters Servants of Mary or your favorite charity.
