He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John W. Smith, III (Jay) and Rosalind Ross Smith; his sister Christine Ann Smith; his son Andrew Raymond Smith; and his grandparents, William, Marilyn Ross, John and Geraldine Smith. He was also cherished by many loving cousins, friends and wonderful neighbors.
