He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Willard Oliver and Shirley Mae Ricks Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Amy Jo Caluda Oliver; his daughters, Emily Christine Oliver and Mary Beth Oliver; his grandchildren, Langston and Owen Oliver Davidson; his brother Glenn Michael Oliver; and his pet Alley-Oop.
