Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Orient Babin leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur "Skeets" Sciortino; and her parents, Frank Babin and Ethelyn Babin. She is survived by: her daughters, Monique Grasso (Mike) and Melynda Foret (Brandon); her grandchildren, Blake, Bryce, Baylee, Brynna, Breck Foret, Cassie and Brittany Babin; and her caregiver Lawrence Breaux. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
