He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett P. Marshall and Beatrice McGlasson King. He is survived by: his wife Mary McMahon Marshall; his stepson Philip J. Bodungen; his children, Nicholas P. Marshall (Tammi Esposito Marshall) and Lindsey Marshall Tonks (Russell J. Tonks); his grandsons, Brandon, Derek, Rex, Rory, Oliver, Patrick and Mason; and his siblings, Gregory Marshall and Cheryl Marshall Ware. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
