He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lenes Simoneaux and Eva Dugas Simoneaux; his siblings, Roy Simoneaux (Doretha), James Simoneaux (Joyce), Wilma Simoneaux, Sr. of Lucy Simoneaux, O. S. B, Evelyn Simoneaux Stamps (Hugh), Ethel Mae Simoneaux and Marie Therese Simoneaux; his brother-in-law Robert Francis; his son-in-law Scott Brashear; and his grandchildren, Hayleigh Brashear and Lynnsey Simoneaux.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mills Simoneaux; his sisters, Katherine Simoneaux (Huey) and Mary Simoneaux Francis; his children, Hal Simoneaux (Susan), Beth Brashear, Steve Simoneaux (Betsy) and Mike Simoneaux (Tracey); his grandchildren, Philip (Caroline), Lauren (Amari), Travis (Jeannette), Anna Lisa, Steven, Jr. (Julie), Jamie (Anthony), Cody (Nicole), Chris (Casey) and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Stone, Beckett, Felix, Tate, Tucker, Will, Coleman, Finley, Harper, Carter, Braston, Jonathan, Noah and Dax.
