It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis S. Stacy (Metairie, Louisiana), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Sullivan, Sr. and Natalie Sullivan; her brother Hobart Sullivan, Jr.; her husband Edwin F. Stacy, Jr.; her daughter Theresa Stacy; and her grandson Matthew Carl.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Stacy (Debbie), Erin Carl (Bill), Eric Stacy (Kerry) and Greg Stacy (Joan Leblanc); her grandchildren, Scott Stacy (Tia) and Kelly Stacy; and her great grandchildren, Grant Stacy and Ryan Stacy.
