He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Prescott Heath and Marie Catherine; and his brother Richard Joseph Heath. He is survived by: his son Robert Jr.; his wife Panagiota Heath (Penney); his daughter Angela Heath; his daughter-in-law Lori Heath; and his grandsons, Joshua, Michael and Nicholas Heath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
