He is survived by: his wife Linda Henriques Jacob; his daughter Michelle Jacob; his grandsons, Austin (Mickayla), Logan and Ethan Jacob; his great grandchildren, Lane and Corbin Jacob; and his sisters-in-law, Constance Jacobs, Mary Lynn Jacob and Jamie Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
