He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Peter Michiels, Jr. and Nancy Morarity Michiels; his wife Pamela Gieseler Michiels; his children, Anna Elizabeth Michiels and Peter Daniel Michiels; and his siblings, Leo Peter Michiels III, Joan Michiels McCullough and Lawrence Michiels (Melissa). He was also cherished by family members and great friends.
