He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Spilmann Cramer and Robert Oliver Cramer; his grandparents, Ralph Spilmann, Mary Stiebing Spilmann, Clifford Cramer and Vernice Savoie Cramer; and his siblings, Eddie Cramer Sr. and Christine Herbert.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Manning; his cousin Ricky; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Douglas Clarke; his grandchildren, Sydney (Eric), Zoe, Milo and Charlie; his siblings, Darlene Adams (Brian), Cathleen Shexnaydre (Kevin), Ronnie Cramer (Tina) and Randy Cramer (Cyndi); and his brother-in-law Joe. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
