He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Tracy and Geraldine "Jerry" Broadwater Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Judy West Tracy; his children, Erin Tracy Griffin (Joel) and Kyle Tracy (Kristina Lotz Tracy); his sister Diane Tracy Alesich; his brother-in-law J. Lou; his godson Jonathan Alesich; his siblings-in-law, Jesse West and Susan; his niece Lauren West; his nephew Brennan West (Taylor); his great-nephews, Chace Alesich, Mason West and Luke West; and his pet Bella.
In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully asked for any donations to please be made in Wayne's memory to Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America).
