She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Johnson Sr.; her daughters, JoAnn J. LeCarpentier and Christine J. Miller; her son-in-law Mike Marsh; and her parents, Grover Carter and Ethel Berardi Carter.
She is survived by: her children, John Johnson (Ann), Robert Pfeiffer (Mariela), Douglas Pfeiffer (Diane), Melissa Marsh and Joseph Johnson Jr. (Kimberly); her son-in-law Louis LeCarpentier; and her grandchildren, Jeanette Knight (Chris), Jeremy LeCarpentier (Chrissy), Christopher Johnson (Erin), David Johnson, Elizabeth Alexander (Jerome) and Erik Marsh (Jackie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
