Philburn, Brittany E. Philburn and Natalie A. Philburn; his sister Nancy A. Philburn; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer P. Billiot (Brad Billiot), Christina E. Philburn (William Bradford), Avery, Adeline, Aubrie and William Jr.. He is also survived by other family members and many lifelong friends.
