He is survived by: his wife Janice Couvillon; his daughter Lindsay Minzey (Corey); his granddaughter Alyssa Couvillon; his stepgranddaughter Rylee Minzey; his brother Mark Couvillon; and his nephews, Brandon, Chris and Kevin.
