He was predeceased by: his parents, Lang Hsu and Yu Chen. He is survived by: his spouse Tsao Hsu; and his children, Yang Hsu, Tony Hsu, Tom Hsu, Katte Lin and Judy Lin. He is also survived by 4 brothers, 1 sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
