She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Beach (Christina) and Shari Beach (Larry Barber); her sons, William H. Mayes (Julia), Patrick Mayes and Brett Cook (Kristi); her grandchildren, Brianne Lack, Samantha Mayes, Will Mayes, Brett Jacob Cook, Kelsey Mayes and Jillian Cook; and her great grandchild Myla Mary Lack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
