He is survived by: his wife Thelma Caminita Celestin; his children, Laurie Celestin Morris (Mike), Monica Celestin Chisesi (Cody), Melissa Ann Celestin (Tod) and Thomas Anthony Celestin, Jr. (Bridget); his grandchildren, Brandi Bowman Hansel, Brittney Morris, Kristine Scaling (Micah), Baylea Celestin, Morgan Lee (Tanner), Nicole Chisesi-Waguespack (Wayne), Mason Celestin, Alissa Chisesi, Mia Celestin, Codi Chisesi (Eric), Aaron Leeper (Ashlee), Seth Overmyer (Gina), Ian Overmyer and Cassie Hoffer (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Henry, Nathan of Olivia, AJ, Colton, Summer, Tavin, Bayne, Zavier, Zander, Matt Jr. and Zeppelin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tommy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
