He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo D. Oubre, Sr. and Gloria G. Oubre; and his niece Ciara M. Gabriel. He is survived by: his siblings, Leo D. Oubre, Jr. (Donna) and Gina O. Ingles (Benjamin); his goddaughters, Precious G. Thibodeaux (Brent), Victoria E. Gabriel (Keith) and Kristina M. Oubre (Jordan); his nephews, Patrick J. Oubre, Nikolas J. Oubre and Micah A. Oubre; his great-nephews, Isaac, Noah Rogers, Leo Thibodeaux and Luke Campbell; and his great-niece Alexandria.
