It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita L. Harkness (Minden, Louisiana), who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Harkness and Lois M. Harkness. She is survived by: her brother Guy Douglas Harkness (Lou); her nieces, Melissa H. Robillard (Marc), Alisa H. Mason (Mike) and Amy Harkness; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah R. Miles (Ricky), Will Mason (Emily), Dylan Cooper, Abby M. Lane (Harlan) and Nick Robillard (Lauren); Avery Mason, Reese Robillard, Audrey Miles, Lilah Mae Lane and Baby Mason.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
