He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward C. Bartlett and Agnes Bartlett; and his sister Patricia Tombs. He is survived by : his wife Joan A. Bartlett; his children, Lawrence Bartlett, Rosemary Bartlett Schilf, Marianne Bartlett Anthony and Gillian Bartlett Taylor; his grandchildren, Sean, James Davies, Tyler, Brandon Anthony and Madelyn Bartlett; and his great grandchildren, James, Genevie Davies, Morgan Camden and Hadley Davies.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Minden (211 Murrell St, Minden, LA 71055). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Point Chapel Cemetery (947 Fuller St, Doyline, LA 71023).
