She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pearson and Myrtle Pearson; and her siblings, Ira, Joe, Bill, Ralph Pearson and Georgia-Anne Campbell.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Welch, George Welch (Deedee) of Minden and Joseph Welch (Cindy) of Center; her grandchildren, Hollie Crawford (Kevin), Joseph Welch (Nicole), Sean Welch, Ashley Arnold (Shad) and Morgan Youngblood (Chad); her great grandchildren, Gracie Cummings (Jackson), Sara Crawford, Cannan, Caeson Youngblood, Riley, Kinsley Arnold, Wylie, Kacey Welch, Benjamin and Jovie Welch; her sisters, Effie Cox (Bunch) of Cotton Valley and Sybil Gonzales (Manual) of Lufkin; Lila Cummings.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Home (211 Murrell St, Minden, LA 71055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Whispering Pines Missionary Baptist Church. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Whispering Pines Cemetery (16312 US-371, Minden, LA 71055).
