He is survived by: his wife Charlene Stephens Lowe; his sons, Jesse Milton Lowe (Lesia Smith Lowe) of Minden and Charles David 'Chuck Lowe of Baltimore, Maryland; his siblings, Jenny Walter of Texas, Ruth Murad of California, Carol Cascio of Texas and Jon Lowe of Shreveport; his granddaughters, Bethany Gerfers of Monroe and Amy Lowe of Maryland; and his great grandchildren, Della, Lilla and Mailla Gerfers of Monroe.
