It is with sadness that the passing of Jo Nelda Hoener of Minden, Louisiana is shared. Jo, born on February 15, 1930, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Brady and Lovie Rogers (Rumby); her husband Ronald Hoener; her daughter Rhonda Monaghan; and her brother Jack Rogers (Carol).
She is survived by: her sons, Brent Hoener of Pratt, Todd Hoener of Iuka and Marvin Monaghan of Pratt; her grandchildren, Dawn Jantz of Hillsboro, Jacki Beck (Seth) of Plevna, Joleen Monaghan of Aztec, Chelsee Briggeman (David) of Iuka and Sean Hoener (Nicolle) of Redmond, Oregon; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Jenaka, Clayton, Ethan, Jake, Chance, Graysen, Solomon, Otto, Joslin, Marley Jo and Zoe; and her great great grandchild Hallie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Larrison Mortuary (300 Country Club Rd, Pratt, KS 67124). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Beginnings Global Methodist Church (123 N Ninnescah St, Pratt, KS 67124).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, New Beginnings Global Methodist Church or Pratt Senior Center.
