He was predeceased by: his son Larry Lee Culverhouse, Jr.; his parents, Prather Culverhouse and Josephine Culverhouse; and his brother Jessie Culverhouse. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Culverhouse of Dubberly; his daughter Jo Beth "Jody" Rhodes (Carl) of Dubberly; and his siblings, Karen Walker, Barbara Stripland, Diana Stroud of Shreveport, Ronnie Culverhouse of Arkansas and Gene Culverhouse of Springhill. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
