With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Porter of Minden, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ouita Bryan Shepherd and Wesley Johnson; and her nephew Bryan Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Alan Porter (Erica) of Brownwood and Stuart Keith Porter (Dayna) of Kyle; her husband Richard; her brothers, Hank Johnson (Shiela) of Belton and David Johnson (Esmer) of Roswell, Georgia; her brothers-in-law, Robert Porter (Sally) of Brownwood and Charles Porter (Elisa) of Crosby; her niece Sarah Johnson of Orlando; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Gage, Claire, Luke and Hannah.
