She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lowe and Bettye Lowe; and her half-sister Shirley Chapman. She is survived by: her brothers, Tommy Lowe (Shea) of Monroe and Robert Chapman of West Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (903 Broadway St, Minden, LA 71055).
