She was predeceased by : her father W. J. Lewis; and her grandparents, Clayton Lewis and Birdie Bell Lewis Ainsworth. She is survived by : her mother Ruby J. Lewis of Minden; her husband Steve Mullins; her daughter Kaitlin A. Rikke and husband Justin Rikke, and their son Weston of Minden, Louisiana; her Daughter Sara Mullins of Easley, South Carolina; and her brothers, Dudley Lewis of Minden and Rodger Lewis (Patricia) of Bossier City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
