He is survived by: his daughter Selina Smith; his brothers, Larry Futch (Debbie) and Dale Futch; and his grandchildren, Dalton Brooks and Courtney Mushko.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rose Neath Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holly Springs Cemetery.
