With sadness, we share the passing of Benny M. Heidenreich of Monroe, Louisiana. Benny, born on July 25, 1931 in McComb, Mississippi, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy M. Heidenreich and Mamie Clyde Denman Heidenreich; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Shephard and Van Shephard. He is survived by: his children, Fran Kennedy (Sput Kennedy), Sonja Etier (Mark Etier), Heidi Zagone (Jeff Zagone) and Bene'Harper (Kevin Harper); his sister Marretta Pourciau; and his brother-in-law Sam Shepherd. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Methodist Church Monroe.
