It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby McCowin of Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on June 5, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward McCowin. He is survived by: his wife Rita McCowin; his mother Myrtle McCowin; his children, Stacey Cordell (Stephen), Ashley Fesette (Kyle) and Blake McCowin (Teah); his grandchildren, Gage Fesette (Logan), Cailey Chase (Levi), Addison Phillips (Jo), Teegan Fesette, Kaylen McCowin, Amelia McCowin, Joshua McCowin and Cutter McCowin; and his great grandchild Emyrsyn Grace Pelto.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Baptist Cemetery (306 S Oak St, Oak Ridge, LA 71264).
