He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbie E. Hinton, Sr. and Annie Belle Brakefield Hinton; and his wife Jeanette Dorman Hinton. He is survived by: his daughter Pam Spillers; his granddaughter Simone Trichel; his nephew Mike Collins (Marjo); his sister-in-law JoAnn Hinton; his niece Jill Autrey Dorman (Bob); and his nephew Herbie E. "Bubba" Hinton, III (Amy). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
