We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025, at the age of 83, Carl Parker of Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Billie "Jean" Parker (Graham); his parents, Hardy Parker and A. Parker; and his siblings, Leora Keene, Parker, Geraldine Reynolds, Ban Earl Parker, Jeanetta Ingram, Madge Pierce, Dorothy Parker, Carolyn Hightower, Ann Williams and Wayne Parker.
He is survived by: his sister Sarah McQuillin; his sons, Kevin Parker (Cheryl) and Keith Parker (Nicole); his grandchildren, Tyler Parker, Seth Parker, Owen Connolly, Jackson Carl Parker and Lily Parker; and his great grandchildren, Luke Parker and Lorelei Parker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Light Baptist Church (2477 Prairie Rd, Monroe, LA 71202). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Harris Cemetery.
