He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Bishop and Sue Grace Cooley Curtis; and his sister Sally Grace Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Christie Smith Curtis; his children, Jay Curtis (Karla), Caitlin Curtis and Kierstin Curtis (Brandon); his grandchildren, Sabrina Curtis Bromley (Hayden) and Wesley Curtis; and his siblings, Timothy Curtis and Susan Tuttle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Iona Presbyterian Church (1403 Wellerman Rd, West Monroe, LA 71291). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
