He is survived by: his siblings, John Jr. (Debbie), Gary (Jan), Terri (Roy) and Monte Luffey (Angele); his wife Terri Kay Wynn; his children, Kayla Luffey Swinney (Mitch) of Baton Rouge and David Luffey (Alicia) of Aledo, Texas.; his grandsons, John Vincent Luffey, Shawn Nolan Luffey, Patrick Cason Luffey, John Owen "Jack" Delamain and Henry Louis Swinney; and his brother-in-law Greg Wynn (Rose Mary Wynn).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home - Monroe (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).
