David Wayne Aday Obituary

We announce the death of David Wayne Aday of Monroe, Louisiana, born in West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on October 29, 2026, at the age of 64. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Dieann Cook and James Robert Aday; and his siblings, Charlotte Aday, Debbie Aday, Conway Aday and Michael Cabiness.

He is survived by: his children, James Aday (Kristin), Josh Aday (Betty) and Dana Aday Mims (Timmy); his wife Tommie Aday; his niece Ashley West (Jordan); and his close friend Randall "Ole Man" Taylor (Debbie). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Griffin F. H. (911 Warren Dr, West Monroe, LA 71291). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cheniere Baptist Church Cemetery (101 Cheniere Baptist Church Rd, West Monroe, LA 71292).
