He is survived by : his wife Janice Phillips; his daughters, Jennifer Phillips, Chrissie Phillips Autin (Jaimie) and Emily Phillips Jones (Sam); his brother Terry Phillips (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Carter Autin, Jackson Autin, Henry Jones and Hadley Jones; and his nephews, Michael Phillips and Shaun Phillips. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
