It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Stevenson-Harris (Monroe, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Lewis Mckinley and Velma Stevenson. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Harris; her children, Herbert C. Smith, Jr. (LaTrice) of Monroe, Trinity Smith of Monroe, Yakima Smith of Monroe, Alfoncena Izonica Stevenson (Bobby, Sr.) of Monroe and Tocara Smith Wells (Kelvin) of Arlington, Texas; her siblings, Jeffrey Carter (Annette), Lisa Carter of New Orleans, Carolyn Carter Holden (Karl) of Baker, Karen Carter of Monroe, Louisiana and Patricia Ann Green (Jerome) of New Orleans, Louisiana; and her godson Jack Bennett of Rockwell, Texas. She is also survived by grandchildren; (1) great grandchild, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
