Edna L. Hester Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edna L. Hester of Monroe, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edna L. Hester to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollis Lewis and Susie Laird Lewis; her son Charles "Butch" Hester; and her siblings, Helen Scott, Julia Roberts and Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathi McCranie and Khristina Povinelli (Jim); her grandchildren, Susan Warrick (Bobby), Holli Morrison (Wayne), Leo Murray and Eddie Buckle; and her great grandchildren, Katie King (Steven), Keaton Morrison, Bailey Griffin (Ryan), Gage Morrison (Lauren) and Aaron Morrison. She is also survived by nine great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends; and her beloved dog.
