He is survived by: his wife Anita; his son Frank II; his siblings, Annie Allen of Monroe, LA, Mable Gibson and Chester; and his grandchildren, Frank, Da'Drian, Tyree and Payton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
