She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Stewart and Maurice Stewart; her husband Levins Thompson; her sister Martha Stewart Hibbard; her son Grady Thompson; and her grandson Sean Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Thompson, Ross Thompson (Cathi), Michael "Mike" Thompson (Bessie), Clint Thompson (Douglas) and Lea Holubec (Paul); her daughter-in-law Jo Thompson; and her grandchildren, Becky Pilkington, Erin Giblin, Amanda Dedman, Levins Thompson, Sarah Nerren, Colette Tilt, Lindsey Holubec, Thomas Holubec and Eleanor Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Any memorial contributions can be made to the Friends of Black Bayou or to First Methodist Church in Monroe, LA.
