He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Dean; his grandson Caleb Godwin; and his parents, Cecil Weems and Hazel Weems. He is survived by: his wife Frances Dolores Weems; his children, Kevin Weems, Joeli Gomez, William Godwin and Lorrie Rachal; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jamie, Hannah, April and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Mason, Bently, Addison, Isaiah, Thomas, Charlie and Aurora; and his siblings, Sandra Freeman and Grover Weems.
