She was predeceased by : her parents, Lennie Cascio and Katie Cascio; her sister Virginia Cascio LeBlanc; and her son-in-law Troy Hans Luttgeharm. She is survived by : her husband Johnny Bob Houston; her daughters, Mary LaMarca Rhea (Jamey) and Paulen LaMarca Landrum (John); her stepchildren, Dee Ann Houston (Goni Karmuco) and Michael Paul Houston; her grandchildren, Mikki Lee Wright (Morgan), Blaise Elizabeth Caldwell, Riley Paul Luttgeharm, David Landrum and Christopher Karmuco; and her brother-in-law Darrell LeBlanc.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home (2308 Sterlington Rd, Monroe, LA 71203). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (2510 Emerson St, Monroe, LA 71201). An entombment was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park (623 US-80, Monroe, LA 71203).

Memorials may be made to the local Food Bank in Monroe or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
