He was loved and cherished by many people including: his cousin Terri Corley; his parents, Jessie Hugh "Tinkus" Ivy, Jr. and Alva Jean "Jennie" Allbritton Ivy; his sister Barbara Williams; his in-laws, Norman and Joyce Stott; his nephew Scott Doughty; his wife Brenda Stott Ivy of Monroe; his son Michael Ivy (Renee) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Ashton and Isabele; his daughter Melanie Johns of Monroe; his grandchildren, Zach Ivy and Emma Johns; his sister Francis Doughty of Urania; his nephew Chad Doughty (Nikki); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haden, Beau and Ellie; his grandson Tatum Chance; and his great grandchild Drake Chance.
